These terms explain who provides Scout, what the service includes, how subscriptions renew, and what happens when access ends.

Osiris Scout is provided by Osiris Systems Limited, company number 14900922, registered office 115 New Bridge Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE1 8ST. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@osirissystems.co.uk.
Scout collects public opportunity information, stores company evidence, supports fit assessment, records review decisions, and provides application-planning tools. Source availability, assessment timing and plan allowances can limit individual functions. Scout does not guarantee eligibility, funding, contract award, buyer response, or legal compliance.
Customers must provide accurate account and company information, protect account credentials, use only information they are authorised to process, and independently check eligibility, deadlines, pricing, application content and submission requirements. Customers remain responsible for bid and no-bid decisions and for obtaining legal, tax or procurement advice where needed.
Starter is supplied for one company workspace under the access shown at checkout or in Billing. Users must not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious material, scrape the product outside supported features, or use Scout to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or the law.
The order or Stripe Checkout page identifies the plan, price, billing interval, taxes and included allowance before purchase. A recurring subscription renews for the same interval until cancelled. We provide notice before a material price change applies to a later renewal. Failed or overdue payment can pause paid access while the issue is resolved.
An owner can use the Billing portal where available or contact support to cancel renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility and repayment timing are described in the Refund and cancellation policy; mandatory statutory rights take priority.
Either party may end the service for a material breach that is not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately where continued access creates a security, legal or payment risk. When access ends, editing and assessment can stop immediately or at the end of the paid period. Customers should request an export before closure. Account data is then handled under the Privacy notice and applicable retention duties.
Opportunity records can depend on public publishers and may be delayed, incomplete or withdrawn. Where AI assessment is enabled, outputs can be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person. Stripe, hosting, email and AI providers operate under their own service terms; Scout remains responsible for selecting and managing its processors as described in the Privacy notice.
Customers keep ownership of their company information, evidence and application content. They grant Osiris Systems Limited the limited rights needed to host, secure, process and return that content while providing Scout. Osiris Systems Limited and its licensors retain rights in the Scout software, design, documentation and service-generated platform materials.
We use reasonable care to operate Scout and communicate material incidents, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every public opportunity will be collected. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that restriction, the final approved terms must specify the agreed financial liability cap before production launch.
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes and will identify the effective version. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect where reasonably practicable. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
